There comes a time as yoga teachers when we have questions about the asanas, the breath, the students and our teaching. Paola will guide us in a series specifically for yoga teachers to aid in the continuing development of our yoga teachings. Working in a small group, we will have an opportunity to gain clarity and understanding through both practical applications and discussion based on the "focus" of the class. Questions will be submitted prior to the first class so we can begin from a place of mutual interest, confusion or curiosity. Explore your understanding and present it in a more meaningful way to students. The class meets every 3rd week for 4 sessions. There will be no drop ins due to continuity. The series is geared to certified yoga teachers with a minimum of 200 hours training. *There will be No DROP IN option with this series for reason of continuity

In 2002, she became interested in the discipline and structure of Ashtanga Yoga and attended several classes and workshops with Ron Reid & Diane Bruni (Downward Dog Yoga), Richard Freeman, Danny Paradise, Chuck Miller, Maty Ezraty, Ana Forrest and Sarah Powers before travelling to Mysore, India, the birthplace of Ashtanga yoga. She studied for six months with Sri K. Pattabhi Jois and his grandson, Sharath Rangaweamy. Caroline continues her studies in Yoga Therapy and philosophy with TKV Desikachar and his son Kausthub Desikachar in the United States and India.
