To register, print the health & registration form accessed below. Fill it out, and submit with your payment. You may also drop it off at the studio any time (place in an envelope and slide under door if studio is closed).
Please call ahead to ensure space is available in the class.
Payment must be received within 5 days of registering to hold your place in a class or workshop.
As a courtesy, if you are unable to attend the session, please notify the studio.
Please note that the studio is only open if classes are running or by arrangement.

When signing up for 2 or more classes per week, and paid in full at time of registration
As a courtesy, you are offered the opportunity to make up missed classes within the same session at most yoga classes (space permitting).
If you have extenuating circumstances that may affect your attendance for your session, please contact the studio.
Specialty classes cannot be used as a make-up class i.e. Meditation, Restorative, Low Back Care, Somatics, Qigong Shibashi,
There are no makeup classes available for Move with Ease Somatics, or Shibashi unless cancelled by the studio
There are no carry overs to next session.
All Students should have their own yoga mat
Yoga mats are not supplied (but we do have loaners in case you have forgotten your mat)
We have an open door policy. Please come regardless if class has started.
Any time on the mat is better than no time on the mat.
If you come late, please wait until an appropriate time to gather your props and unroll your mat, so as not to disturb if class is in a quiet space.
Wear loose, comfortable clothing
It is best not to practice on a full stomach or within 2-3 hours of eating. Have a light snack a few hours prior, if necessary.
Please refrain from wearing perfume/cologne to class due to allergies
We request that you do not chew gum while practising yoga
Please turn off all Cell phones and pagers in class
If you are hard of hearing, position yourself closer to the instructor
Inform your instructor of any pertinent health information that may have changed from registration
Keep conversation till after class. Chatter is distracting to others who are tuning in to inner awareness during class time
